And you are indeed right about getting things done. In order to have finished something, one must take that first step.Madalene Axford Murphyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03235658024108740972noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8230694326800494480.post-71889244561934755442017-07-29T03:14:45.334-07:002017-07-29T03:14:45.334-07:00You nailed it...it all comes down to priorities!! ...You nailed it...it all comes down to priorities!! Sometimes i think they really don't know what they are asking as it is low on artists list to calculate hours in making, etc. So since they asked, i will attempt to inform and tell my story that i would rather answer the WHY of the piece....sonjahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16879764714948869488noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8230694326800494480.post-73625932746718323142017-07-28T13:28:40.846-07:002017-07-28T13:28:40.846-07:00I couldn't agree more on all of the above. Do ...I couldn't agree more on all of the above. Do people think I just sit down and start a quilt from start to finish in a day or even a week? How could I possibly know how long or more importantly care. A labor of love has no time constraints.

Your quilting is wonderful on the picking up the pieces quilt - wow! When you do the motif such as the crescent moon with them skinny lines, do I assume correctly that you do the moon first and then the lines? Do you mark any of it?

I am happily reading the first in the Andy carpenter series and love it. He has the same sense of humor that I do and can so identify. Thanks for the tip 😀quiltedfabricarthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00036237963134480179noreply@blogger.com
